    G2 Report Spring 2025: Scorebuddy a Leader in Call Center QA

    The new Spring 2025 G2 Grid® Report is here and the verdict is the same once again—Scorebuddy is a Leader in Contact Center Quality Assurance.

    That’s the 12th quarter in a row we’ve received this accolade, marking three consecutive years as one of the best reviewed call center QA solutions on the marketplace.
