    Scorebuddy Named in G2’s Top 50 Customer Service Software Awards

    Scorebuddy is one of the world’s top 50 customer service software products. That’s according to G2's 2025 rankings, which were released today.

    The list, which compiles the top products across categories like customer success, field service management, help desk, live chat, contact center quality assurance, and more, is determined by market presence and customer feedback.

    This follows on from the Winter 2025 G2 Grid Report, where Scorebuddy ranked as a Contact Center Quality Assurance Leader, earning 28 badges in the process.

    Scorebuddy cements status as contact center QA leader

    As one of only two contact center QA solutions to make the list, Scorebuddy has further cemented its status as a leader in the sector. Derek Corcoran (Scorebuddy CEO & Founder) shared his thoughts on the news:
