G2 Names Scorebuddy Contact Center QA Leader in Winter Report

    It’s the most wonderful time of the year… the release of the Winter 2025 G2 Grid® Report, that is. Ending a milestone year (more on that below) on a high, Scorebuddy has been named a Leader in Contact Center Quality Assurance.

    That’s 11 quarters in a row as a G2 Leader.

    This time around, we’ve earned 28 badges across key categories and retained our position as the specialist QA vendor in the marketplace.
