I started using Scorebuddy about 3.5 years ago, when I first started here at the British Red Cross. But the relationship existed long before I even started, and it was really great to come and use something that had such a great reputation already within the organization.
The problem we were trying to solve when we started to use Scorebuddy was we needed a platform that was it's really easy to use, but robust enough to help us with our quality assurance program, particularly when it comes to our dialogue fundraising. and along with that we we wanted something that had really good support so that if we had any questions or needed any help when it came to setting up scorecards we were able to access that easily.
Scorebuddy helped us with our problems in a range of different ways. I know it's got so much functionality on the platform, but the key things that I've certainly found it really beneficial for our being able to set up scorecards, manage the weighting, actually going through and teaching other people how to score has been really straight forward, along without any issues we've ever faced, I've been able to get hold of someone really quickly and they've always been able to help answer any questions that we've had.
If I had to describe Scorebuddy in three words, I think I would say it is Useful, Simple and Efficient.
